What happens at the visit
How long is the visit?
About an hour for most houses. The advisor measures, looks at the attic or closet and the ducts, and asks how you live in the house.
When do I get the quote?
In writing, after the visit and before any work starts. It lists the equipment by model, the scope, the permit and how long the quote holds.
Does the visit cost anything?
When you book, we tell you whether the visit has a fee and whether it is credited toward the work.
Do I have to decide then?
No. Take the quote home. It says how long it holds.
